RFI for AI-Intelligent Automation Support Services

The issuing agency is seeking information to identify vendors capable of providing a comprehensive suite of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and intelligent automation support services to support its diverse portfolio. The agency requires support for AI and Machine Learning (ML) based autonomous systems across their entire lifecycle, from concept design through fielding and sustainment. The selected vendor will address the need for advanced software engineering and programming to implement automation and AI/ML software in systems, sub-systems, and components utilizing computers, electronics, and software. The scope of work covers data and configuration management of autonomous AI and ML enabled systems, as well as AI/ML algorithm development. The agency is requesting DevSecOps, ML Ops, IT infrastructure engineering, prototyping, model making, and general software engineering. Additionally, the project requires analyses, assessments, test and evaluation, cybersecurity systems and network support, safety and ethical assurance, and integrated logistics support. Eligible respondents must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires all work to be performed offsite. The anticipated contract period is for one year, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine budget and pricing.
