Partner Surveyor for Professional Consulting Services

The Ohio government authority is seeking a partner surveyor to provide professional consulting services for a one-year contract period. To solve these needs, the selected partner will conduct and present findings on land records, including easements, rights of way, utilities, and other legal agreements. The scope of work requires executing boundary and other surveying tasks, coordinating field work, managing agency coordination, and collecting data under the agency's direction. The partner must provide on-site problem-solving and troubleshooting for unforeseen site conditions or boundary discrepancies. Additionally, the agency requires the preparation of all documents, exhibits, legal descriptions, and submittals suitable for the recording of boundaries and related items. Bidders must perform all work on-site and must be located onshore within the United States. The agency is looking for budget proposals to define the cost of these services.
