Topographic Survey Services

The Government of the Northwest Territories is seeking a vendor to provide topographic survey services for a highway section between Km 260 and Km 375. The agency requires a survey covering the full sixty-meter right-of-way, including all breakpoints with a maximum point interval of twenty meters along the centerline and a maximum cross-section spacing of five meters. This project will resolve the agency's need for detailed spatial data to support infrastructure management and planning along this specific highway corridor. The scope of work requires the survey data to be submitted in an industry-approved ASCII format. The deliverable must include a CAD file with line-work detailing the centerline, edge of pavement or wheel path, shoulders, ditches, edges of water, treelines, guardrails, utilities, and bedrock locations. The agency also requires a points file, water levels, signage and kilometer posts, access road details including widths and culverts, and comprehensive culvert information such as inverts, diameters, lengths, scour or ditch depths, and flow directions. Eligible bidders must be located onshore within Canada. The agency requires the performance of the work to be conducted onsite in the Northwest Territories. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through the online portal, and the agency is currently looking for proposal submissions to determine the budget.
