License Plate Recognition Camera System

The City of Waynesboro, Georgia is seeking a vendor to provide, install, configure, and support eight fixed License Plate Recognition camera systems. The agency intends to use this technology to enhance public safety, criminal investigations, traffic monitoring, and situational awareness. The requested systems must be comparable to Flock Safety technology. The scope of work covers eight fixed cameras with both solar-powered and hardwired installation options. The agency requires a cloud-based management platform that features license plate and vehicle attribute recognition, including vehicle make, model, color, and type. The platform must deliver real-time alerts, provide a searchable vehicle database, and allow mobile and desktop access for authorized users. The selected vendor must perform installation, testing, training, maintenance, and technical support. The agency requires all performance of the work to be completed offsite.
