Wayfinding Signage Design, Fabrication and Installation Service

The agency is seeking a vendor to design, fabricate, and install wayfinding signage across twelve patient care units. This project aims to ensure safe, standardized, and code-compliant signage throughout the facility. The agency requires signage made of rigid, high-quality substrates such as acrylic or equivalent approved materials. The requested signage must feature a matte, non-glare finish to ensure ADA-compliant readability. The agency requires the signs to be ligature-resistant, vandal-resistant, shatterproof, and equipped with tamper-proof lettering and braille. Additionally, the materials must have smooth, non-porous surfaces that are easy to clean and disinfect. The selected vendor must inspect all areas prior to installation to identify any defects that may prevent proper installation of the new signs. The agency is limiting eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of the work will take place offsite, and the agency is accepting digital submissions via email or online. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
