The Virginia Resources Authority in Richmond, Virginia is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive janitorial services for its facility. The agency requires regular cleaning and maintenance of occupied and common-use areas to maintain a sanitary and professional environment. The selected contractor will handle floor care, restroom sanitation, furniture cleaning, breakroom maintenance, and spot cleaning of walls, doors, and interior glass. The scope of work covers sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping all hard-surface and carpeted floors throughout the facility. The contractor must clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, urinals, sinks, counters, fixtures, partitions, and floors. Additional tasks include vacuuming and spot-cleaning upholstered furniture, deep cleaning fabric seating as needed, wiping breakroom appliances and tables, and disinfecting door frames, push plates, and kick plates. Only organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The selected vendor must perform all work onsite at the Richmond, Virginia location. The agency is establishing a contract period of one year for these services and is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget. The agency has scheduled a mandatory pre-proposal conference for June 18, 2026, which interested bidders must attend to remain eligible.
