Building Automation System

The government authority located in San Francisco, California is seeking a vendor to provide a district-wide building automation system. The agency needs to evaluate and recommend an open-protocol platform standard to improve interoperability across multiple manufacturers and protocols. To solve existing operational challenges, the agency requires an assessment of a sample of current building control systems and infrastructure to identify operational deficiencies, integration gaps, and cybersecurity vulnerabilities. The scope of work covers standardizing control sequences, naming conventions, graphics, alarming, trending, and analytics. The selected vendor must also develop phased retrofit recommendations and modernization pathways for the agency. Performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligibility is limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project.
