Artificial Intelligence Immersive Roleplaying Software

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide artificial intelligence immersive roleplaying software. This software must deliver scenario-based learning experiences that focus on soft-skill development. The required scope of work covers a core immersive roleplay learning experience, AI-driven conversation and feedback, behavioral skills assessment and coaching, and content and scenario design. The selected vendor must also provide multi-modal learning and delivery, analytics and reporting, instructional integration, and engagement and learning design. The agency is establishing a contract period of one year for these services. All performance of the work will occur offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 15, 2026.
