Professional Research Based Learning Service

The North Providence School Department in Rhode Island is seeking a vendor to provide professional research-based learning services for its administrators and teachers. The agency needs to equip its educational leaders with evidence-based strategies, implementation roadmaps, and best practice research studies to improve district performance. To solve these professional development challenges, the agency requires a comprehensive suite of digital research tools, collaborative events, and customized advisory services. The scope of work covers unlimited access to a dedicated online research database containing comprehensive strategy studies and archived materials completed for postsecondary institutions. The selected vendor must provide unlimited executive briefings for broad distribution to key leadership constituencies, alongside unlimited on-demand, short-answer research projects completed sequentially throughout the year. Additionally, the service must include two half-day Annual Superintendent Roundtable sessions, a one-day District Leadership Summit, an annual webinar series open to all employees, and customized private webinars on demand. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations located within the United States. The agency requires all performance of the work to occur offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through the designated online portal, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget for this contract.
