Communication Support Service

The issuing agency is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive communication support services. The agency needs ongoing strategic guidance on communications best practices, messaging consistency, and content positioning. To plan ahead, the agency requires the facilitation of discussions to identify upcoming events, initiatives, and departmental milestones that represent communications opportunities for each upcoming quarter. The scope of work covers crisis and emergency communication support, which includes the rapid development of press releases, public statements, social media messaging, and internal communications in response to time-sensitive situations. Additionally, the agency requires photography and videography project services for events, programs, and feature content. The selected vendor must also provide graphic design services for special projects and campaigns, alongside support for special communications projects or campaigns outside the standard scope. The agency also requires daily operational support, including website content management, social media management, and digital newsletter support. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency allows the performance of the work to be conducted either onsite or offsite. Bidders may submit their responses either digitally via email or online, or physically via courier or post.
