Web-based Access Knowledge Platform

The agency is seeking a vendor to establish a web-based information and resource system called Access to Services through Knowledge (ASK). This platform will serve family members statewide, aiming to increase access to services and supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) across their lifespan. The agency needs to solve the problem of limited access to diverse community resources by providing state-of-the-art, user-friendly, and accessible technology. The scope of work requires the vendor to identify, update, or develop the interactive ASK platform containing key community resources and tools. The project covers integrating ASK content modules within a searchable, navigable structure and implementing artificial intelligence (AI)-supported search, chat, or content navigation features suitable for potentially vulnerable families. Additionally, the agency requires user testing with a minimum of one small group of family members of individuals with I/DD. The contract period spans one year, and the agency is performing the work offsite. Eligibility is open worldwide, allowing global bidders to participate in the solicitation. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
