Cloud-Based Body Scanner Solution

The agency is seeking a modern, cloud-based body scanner solution to replace its existing system, which is approaching end of life and no longer meets operational, technical, and safety requirements. The new system must integrate with the agency's Jail Management System (JMS), which includes both the current Central Square platform and the future Cadmus system. This integration must enable secure, reliable, and automated two-way directional data exchange to minimize manual data entry and ensure the accuracy of inmate records. The scope of work requires the automated population of arrestee data and the storage of scan results and associated records. Bidders must address how they will handle the agency's custom-built, two-way directional API, indicating whether the proposed solution will leverage, modify, or replace this existing capability. The proposal must detail the method of integration, such as an API, file transfer, or middleware, and demonstrate relevant experience integrating with CentralSquare and Cadmus. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of the work to be conducted offsite.
