The agency is seeking a vendor to provide an online tax sale hosting platform to facilitate municipal tax auctions. The platform must solve the need for a comprehensive digital auction system by offering detailed online instructions, electronic form submission, and immediate online display of winning bids upon auction completion. The system must also automatically notify winning bidders via their registered email addresses. The vendor must provide a help desk accessible via the internet, email, and at least one toll-free number, alongside a dedicated telephone hotline for tax collectors active until the sale completes. Training requirements include web-based tutorials, a practice bidding environment for users, and available in-person training for municipalities that includes a working system demonstration. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires all performance of the work to take place offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through the online portal, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the project budget.
