Microsoft 365 Enterprise Customization Solution for Project Management System Development

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a Microsoft 365 enterprise customization solution for project management system development. The project aims to solve operational coordination challenges by developing, configuring, and deploying Microsoft 365 native tools to support project management and workflow tracking. The scope of work covers configuring and implementing collaboration solutions using Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Lists, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Business Intelligence, and Power Apps. Requested solutions include project tracking boards, task management tools, and status reporting dashboards to provide visibility into project status, workflows, timelines, risks, resource allocation, and portfolio-level reporting. The agency also requires workflow automation to support task assignments, notifications, status updates, reporting workflows, and document approvals, alongside document management integration and cross-team collaboration tools. Performance of all work will occur offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States.
