.NET Developer Service

The Metropolitan Council in Minnesota is seeking one full-time Senior .NET Developer resource to design, develop, and deploy complex .NET applications and services. The agency needs to solve technical challenges by architecting applications using Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design, as well as designing and building Azure app services, Function apps, databases, and ORM technology. Additionally, the agency requires a resource to oversee code reviews, enforce best practices, mentor development team members, and establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines and development workflows. The scope of work also covers designing applications with relational databases, data caching, and enterprise-sized data management. The selected resource must integrate .NET applications with third-party APIs, databases, and cloud services while optimizing application performance, scalability, and maintainability across multiple environments. Finally, the agency requires the resource to troubleshoot and resolve high-priority production and development issues. Eligibility is restricted to onshore, United States organizations only. The agency allows the performance of the work to be conducted offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
