The scope of work covers fixed asset barcoding and physical inventory, which requires replacing existing legacy barcode scanning tools with updated hardware, cloud-based software, and integrated workflows to support asset tagging, validation, inventory execution, and reconciliation. Additionally, the project includes a supply chain management barcoding pilot at a designated storeroom location to evaluate and establish efficient, technology-enabled processes for material receipt, storage, labeling, and inventory management. The resulting solution must leverage modern scanning technologies, cloud-based integration, and standardized data capture practices to reduce manual processes, improve auditability, and support long-term operational and financial goals. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States to be eligible for this opportunity. The agency requires the performance of all work to be conducted offsite.
