School Signage Services

The school district is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive school signage services across six school sites. The project requires the design, fabrication, removal, disposal, delivery, and installation of both interior and exterior signage. The selected vendor will handle the replacement of existing signage as well as the installation of new signage identified by the district. The scope of work covers a wide range of signage types, including monument sign refacing, building-mounted lettering, and exterior directional and wayfinding signage. The agency also requires parking and traffic signage, ADA-compliant room and restroom identification signage, and interior directional signage. Additionally, the project includes wall graphics, branding elements, vinyl signage, stand-offs, and the overlay or replacement of existing signage systems. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of all fabrication, removal, and installation work must take place onsite at the designated school locations. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget for this project. Bidders must submit any questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 16, 2026.
