Security System Upgrade Services

The Town of Gilbert, Arizona is seeking a vendor to provide security system upgrade services. The agency needs to establish a foundational infrastructure for the future expansion of its Video Surveillance and Access Control Systems. To resolve current security gaps, the agency is requiring the immediate integration of seven cameras and three access control openings. The scope of work covers providing seven exterior cameras to monitor parking spaces, building perimeters, and entry points. The selected vendor must remove any existing video surveillance equipment currently in place at each location. The agency requires the abandonment of any disconnected cable, equipment, or other infrastructure used to connect the new cameras. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires all project work to be performed onsite at the facility in Gilbert, Arizona. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not disclosed a pre-set funding limit or specific evaluation criteria and key dates in the initial request.
