Security Camera Replacement and Expansion Service

The City of Dardenne Prairie, Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide security camera replacement and expansion services. The agency needs to upgrade its surveillance infrastructure across its facilities, including remote park installations. This project aims to enhance public safety and monitoring capabilities through modern, secure video surveillance technology. For cloud-based solutions, the agency requires encryption in transit and at rest, multi-factor authentication, a minimum thirty-day retention period, and mobile and browser access. These systems must also feature artificial intelligence search capabilities, role-based access control, audit logging, firmware support, and configurable retention schedules. Non-cloud solutions must deliver the same security and access features, excluding the artificial intelligence search capability. Remote park installations cover all necessary infrastructure, including trenching, cabling, conduit, poles, electrical service, surge protection, switches, wireless equipment, and accessories. The agency requires all performance of the work to take place onsite in Dardenne Prairie. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget for this project. Bidders must submit any questions regarding the solicitation no later than June 23, 2026.
