The Alpine Union School District in Alpine, California is seeking a managed service provider to assume ongoing responsibility for operating, maintaining, and supporting its entire information technology environment. The scope of work covers the configuration and management of district-owned wired and wireless local area network equipment, ongoing network monitoring and alerting, and performance optimization and troubleshooting. Additionally, the selected provider must handle configuration management, change control, documentation, and firmware and software updates related to network operations. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States to be eligible for this opportunity. The district requires the performance of all work to be conducted offsite.
