Multi Shaft, Low Speed, High Torque Shredding System

The government authority located in Michigan is seeking a multi-shaft, low-speed, high-torque industrial shredding system. The agency needs to securely and efficiently process a wide range of sensitive and durable materials, including lightweight items like paper and plastics, as well as tougher items such as uniforms, Kevlar, and limited metal objects. To solve this destruction challenge, the requested system must be powered between 40 and 60 horsepower to ensure controlled shredding. The scope of work requires the shredding system to operate with interchangeable sizing screens to produce defined particle sizes, while also functioning effectively without screens for larger or more rigid materials. The screen system must support efficient changeout within one hour by two personnel to minimize downtime during transitions. The selected vendor will perform the work offsite and deliver the completed system to the authority. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore United States organizations.
