The Matanuska-Susitna Borough seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive custodial services for the Fireweed Public Works facility located in Palmer, Alaska. The agency requires nightly trash removal, wall and windowsill spot cleaning, and thorough sanitization of high-touch surfaces such as light switches, door handles, and handrails. The selected provider must also maintain the kitchen areas, clean exterior glass doors weather permitting, and perform complete restroom cleaning including sanitizing fixtures, restocking dispensers, and sweeping and mopping floors. The scope of work requires onsite performance at the Palmer facility to ensure a clean and sanitary environment for public works staff. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States.
