Bidders must provide estimates that are fully inclusive of all known labor, equipment, hauling, disposal, transportation, and associated project costs. The county requires the contractor to maintain sufficient personnel, equipment, and scheduling resources to complete assigned projects within established county timeframes. The contractor must provide a reliable point of contact available during regular business hours for scheduling, coordination, and communication. The county requires the contractor to exercise reasonable care to avoid unnecessary damage to surrounding property, landscaping, structures, utilities, fencing, or adjacent areas during the work. Upon request, the contractor must provide disposal receipts, manifests, photographs, equipment logs, personnel lists, or other project documentation to the county. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. Performance of all cleanup and abatement work must take place onsite in Florence, Arizona.
