The Capital Region Development Authority in Hartford, Connecticut is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive custodial services. The agency requires a system to monitor the real-time arrival and departure of contractor personnel, either through on-site monitoring or a remote timekeeping system. To ensure uninterrupted service, the selected vendor must provide backup personnel who can arrive within one hour of a scheduled start time if primary staff or supervisors are unavailable. The scope of work includes conducting monthly site inspections to ensure quality control. The agency also requires the development of a detailed task outline and the provision of necessary training to ensure personnel successfully complete all assigned duties.
