Cloud-Based Body Scanner Solution

The agency is seeking a modern, cloud-based body scanner solution to replace its existing system, which is approaching end of life. The current system no longer meets the facility's operational, technical, and safety requirements. The new solution must integrate with the Jail Management System, which includes both the current Central Square platform and the future Cadmus system. The integration must enable secure, reliable, and automated two-way directional data exchange to minimize manual data entry and ensure the accuracy of inmate records. This data exchange must support the automated population of arrestee data and the storage of scan results and associated records. The agency currently maintains a custom-built, two-way directional API to facilitate data exchange with the existing Central Square system. Bidders must clearly indicate whether the proposed solution will leverage, modify, or replace this existing API capability. Proposals must detail the method of integration, such as APIs, file transfers, or middleware, and demonstrate relevant experience integrating with CentralSquare and Cadmus. The agency requires the work to be performed offsite, and eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project.
