The selected vendor must provide comprehensive training and support to agency staff, including billing staff, technical staff, providers, and administrators. The scope of work also encompasses billing and claims operations, alongside program reporting and analysis. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency expects the performance of the work to take place offsite.
