Cloud-Based Pope Tech Assessment Tool

The Massachusetts government authority is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based Pope Tech assessment tool. This solution will store, use, access, or obtain potential access to sensitive data. The agency requires the tool to scan an estimated 100,000 pages and 100,000 documents for roughly 50 users. The scope of work includes the capability for viewing maps and related information as part of an Internet browser-based client application or in mobile mapping applications. MassGIS has developed and will host the web mapping services that integrate with this capability. The agency is contracting for a performance period of one year, and the selected vendor must perform all work offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for budget proposals rather than specifying a set funding limit. The agency requires all clarifying questions to be submitted no later than June 12, 2026.
