Asset Management and Computerized Maintenance Management System

The City is seeking a complete, fully functional enterprise asset management and computerized maintenance management system solution to replace its existing system. The agency needs a solution configured to support multiple departments within a single enterprise environment, featuring role-based access, auditability, and consolidated reporting capabilities. The scope of work requires the selected vendor to provide software licensing, system deployment, configuration, and implementation services. The project covers geographic information system integration and map-based workflows, allowing users to select, view, and associate assets, work orders, inspections, and service requests with maps and coordinates. The agency requires interfaces and integration capabilities with existing City systems, including SharePoint, Active Directory or Azure, Single Sign-On, Power BI, and other third-party applications. Additionally, the selected vendor must migrate existing data from the current system, including asset records, work orders, attachments, spatial links, inventory, labor, equipment, and historical data, without losing data integrity. The agency requires testing, validation, and support for development and test environments to ensure a successful transition to production. The selected vendor must also deliver initial training for administrative users, supervisors, forepersons, field personnel, and other designated staff, alongside documentation and user support materials. Performance of the work will take place offsite, and the resulting contract period will span five years. Only United States organizations are eligible to bid on this opportunity.
