The agency is seeking a Microsoft 365 enterprise customization solution to develop, configure, and deploy a project management system. This system must utilize Microsoft 365 native tools to support project management, workflow tracking, and operational coordination. The agency needs to solve the problem of tracking project status, workflows, timelines, risks, resource allocation, and portfolio-level reporting through centralized tools. The scope of work covers configuring and implementing collaboration solutions using Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Lists, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Apps.
