SLATE Admissions Platform

Additionally, the agency requires automation for tasks such as transcript evaluation, document verification, and grading scale conversion, alongside staff training, documentation, and technical troubleshooting. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all work to be conducted offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through an online portal, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget. The agency has scheduled a mandatory pre-proposal meeting for June 24, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding the opportunity no later than June 9, 2026. The resulting contract period will span four years.
