Managed Network Provider Services

The Alpine Union School District in Alpine, California is seeking a managed service provider to assume ongoing responsibility for operating, maintaining, and supporting the district's entire IT environment. The district needs to solve the challenge of managing its network infrastructure by outsourcing network configuration, monitoring, maintenance, security, and support. The scope of work covers the configuration and management of district-owned wired and wireless local area network equipment, ongoing network monitoring and alerting, and performance optimization and troubleshooting. Additionally, the selected provider must handle configuration management, change control, documentation, and firmware and software updates related to network operations.
