.NET Developer Service

The Metropolitan Council in Minnesota is seeking one full-time Senior .NET Developer resource to design, develop, and deploy complex applications and services. The agency needs to solve technical challenges related to application performance, scalability, and maintainability across multiple environments. The selected resource will architect applications using Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design, build Azure app services and Function apps, and manage relational databases and data caching. The scope of work covers integrating .NET applications with third-party APIs, databases, and cloud services, as well as establishing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. The resource must also oversee code reviews, enforce best practices, mentor development team members, and troubleshoot high-priority production and development issues. All work will be performed offsite from a remote location. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is accepting digital proposal submissions via email or online portal. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for cost proposals to evaluate.
