Security Camera Replacement and Expansion Service

The City of Dardenne Prairie, Missouri, is seeking a vendor to provide security camera replacement and expansion services. The agency needs to upgrade its surveillance infrastructure to enhance safety and monitoring capabilities across its facilities and remote parks. The project covers the installation of either cloud-based or non-cloud security solutions, along with all necessary physical infrastructure for remote locations. For cloud-based solutions, the agency requires encryption in transit and at rest, multi-factor authentication, a minimum thirty-day retention period, and mobile and browser access. These systems must also feature artificial intelligence search capabilities, role-based access control, audit logging, ongoing firmware support, and configurable retention schedules. Non-cloud solutions must deliver the same specifications, excluding the artificial intelligence search capability. Remote park installations require the vendor to perform all necessary trenching, cabling, and conduit installation. The agency also requires the provision of poles, electrical service, surge protection, switches, wireless equipment, and all related accessories. Performance of the work must take place onsite at the designated agency locations in Dardenne Prairie. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity.
