Physical Security Cameras, Fire Alarm and Access Control System

The City of Jacksonville, North Carolina, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide maintenance and support services for its physical security cameras, fire alarm, and access control systems. The agency requires these services to ensure the continuous operation, integration, and security of its municipal physical security infrastructure. The selected vendor will perform all work onsite at the agency's facilities in Jacksonville. The scope of work covers four primary areas, starting with the maintenance of the internet protocol video surveillance system, which includes cameras, mounts, cabling, enclosures, and the video management system. The vendor must also maintain camera alignment, focus, and image quality. For the door access control system, the agency requires maintenance of card readers, keypads, door controllers, biometric readers, power supplies, and lock hardware such as magnetic locks and strikes. System integration and management duties require the maintenance of the Galaxy platform to allow operators to monitor doors, configure access levels, and receive real-time alerts. The agency also requires maintenance, support, and testing of the badging system, panic buttons, and burglar alarms. To ensure cybersecurity and information technology compliance, all hardware and software must support secure integration within the city's network environment, and the city will retain sole ownership of all video footage, access logs, metadata, and configuration files. Eligible bidders must perform all work onshore within the United States. The agency is seeking proposals to determine the budget and will award a contract for a period of one year.
