Facilities Janitorial Service

The government authority in Dallas, Texas is seeking a vendor to provide facilities janitorial services. The agency needs to keep its building and facility clean and in a well-maintained condition. The scope of work requires emptying office waste receptacles a minimum of once daily. Waste receptacles in breakrooms, conference rooms, auditoriums, and restrooms must be emptied daily, as well as monitored and emptied on an as-needed basis up to four times a day. The selected vendor must keep stairwells and elevators clean and free of litter and trash. The project also covers wiping stair handrails, elevator grab rails, walls, light lenses, and controls clean using an approved cleaning and disinfectant product and fresh, clean water to remove fingerprints or stains. The agency requires the removal of any litter on or around tables inside the break rooms. Additionally, all windows, mirrors, and doors associated with the employee fitness center must be cleaned to remove smudges or foreign substances. Eligible bidders must be onshore USA organizations. The performance of the work will take place onsite at the facility in Dallas, Texas. The agency is looking for proposals to establish the budget for this service. Bidders must submit all questions no later than June 12, 2026.
