The Matanuska-Susitna Borough seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive custodial services for the Fireweed Public Works Facility located in Palmer, Alaska. The agency requires nightly trash removal, wall and windowsill spot cleaning, and thorough sanitization of light switches, door handles, and handrails. Kitchen maintenance tasks include cleaning the sink, counter, table, coffee pot, water cooler, microwave, and the exterior of the refrigerator. The scope of work also covers restroom sanitation, which entails cleaning sinks, toilets, urinals, counters, mirrors, glass, and chrome hardware. Vendors must spot clean restroom partitions and walls, empty trash, and replenish soap, toilet paper, paper towel, and sanitary napkin dispensers. Floor care requires sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming any carpeted areas, while exterior maintenance includes cleaning glass doors when weather permits. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States, and all contracted work must be performed onsite at the Palmer facility.
