The East Baton Rouge Parish School System in Baton Rouge, Louisiana is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive arbor services. The agency requires these services to maintain the safety, health, and aesthetics of the trees across its properties. The selected contractor will address issues ranging from routine maintenance to emergency tree care and hazard mitigation. The scope of work covers tree removal, maintenance, and corrective tree pruning with or without the use of a crane. The agency also requires stump grinding, the removal of stump grinding debris, general debris disposal, and ball moss treatment applications. Additional technical services in the scope include lightning protection, cable installation, rodding, ground bracing installation, air spading, root pruning, bulk mulch hauling with or without spreading, and chemical spray applications. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires all contract work to be performed onsite at designated locations in Baton Rouge. The agency has not disclosed a set budget and is seeking pricing proposals from interested bidders to determine the financial structure of the contract.
