The Capital Region Development Authority in Hartford, Connecticut is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive custodial services for its facility. The agency requires a system to monitor the real-time arrival and departure of contractor personnel, either through on-site tracking or a remote timekeeping system. To ensure uninterrupted service, the selected vendor must provide backup personnel who can arrive within one hour of a scheduled start time if primary staff or supervisors are absent. The scope of work includes conducting monthly inspections of the site to ensure quality control. The vendor must also develop and distribute a detailed task outline and provide the necessary training to ensure all personnel can successfully complete their assigned duties. While the administrative performance of the contract is designated as offsite, the physical custodial services will take place at the Hartford location. The agency is establishing a contract period of three years for these services. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States.
