Advanced Paediatric Simulator Package and Accessories Services

The Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Baton Rouge is seeking a vendor to provide an advanced paediatric simulator package and accessories services. The agency requires this specialized equipment to support medical training and simulation-based learning experiences. The package must include a tablet PC preloaded with UNI 3 control software, a Simulator Learning Experiences guidebook, and a preprogrammed library containing ten scenario-based simulations. The scope of work covers the delivery of hardware and accessories, including an RF communications module, a streaming audio headset, a battery charger, and defibrillation site adapters. The agency also requires filling kits, additional accessories, a hard rolling transport case, a user guide, and a one-year limited warranty. To facilitate comprehensive training reviews, the vendor must provide an integrated video-assisted debriefing system. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations located within the United States. The agency will allow the performance of the services to occur offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this procurement.
