The government authority located in Rosemount, Minnesota is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive audio and video solutions. The agency needs to create modern, flexible, and highly functional spaces that support physical education instruction, strength and performance training, athletics, wellness activities, student engagement, and community use. To solve this, the agency requires durable, high-performance AV systems that can reliably support daily instructional use during the school day while also accommodating after-school athletics, camps, community education programming, presentations, events, and public use. The scope of work covers the procurement and installation of AV equipment, display mounting systems, audio systems, and voice amplification. The selected vendor must handle control systems and programming, content sharing and switching systems, rack equipment, infrastructure, cabling, pathways, labeling, and terminations. Additionally, the project requires system configuration, integration, coordination with district representatives and project contractors, as well as testing, commissioning, and system verification. Eligibility is restricted to onshore, USA-based organizations only. The agency allows the performance of the work to occur either onsite or offsite. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
