Academy De-Escalation and Crisis Response Program Evaluator Services

The Municipal Police Training Committee in Framingham, Massachusetts is seeking a vendor to provide academy de-escalation and crisis response program evaluator services. The agency needs to determine the success of its grant-funded activities and assess the need for ongoing changes and updates to the academy's de-escalation and crisis response curriculum. This evaluation process will help the agency ensure its training programs remain effective and properly integrated with new materials. The scope of work requires the evaluator to conduct an initial baseline evaluation of the existing curriculum. The selected vendor must also perform periodic evaluations as grant funds are utilized to integrate new materials and curriculum, followed by a final evaluation at the end of the grant period.
