Environmental Sustainability Centre Strategic Planning Study Services

The county is seeking a vendor to provide environmental sustainability centre strategic planning study services. The agency needs to evaluate its current service delivery model and structure to develop a comprehensive, evidence-based strategic operational plan. This plan will guide the transition from leased facilities to strategically located, county-owned sites to enhance operational efficiency, improve safety and compliance, expand service capabilities, and support long-term program sustainability.
