The New Hampshire State Liquor Commission is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive locksmith services for its retail store locations. The agency needs to maintain a secure master-key system where each individual retail store is keyed independently to ensure localized security. To resolve wear and security vulnerabilities, the agency requires the installation of Grade 2 Schlage locks for store office doors and mandates that all replacement locks and cores be brand new and match the quality and brand of the existing hardware. The scope of work covers ongoing maintenance, lock replacement, and core rekeying across the retail store network. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. While the work performance is designated as offsite, the contractor must support the physical security infrastructure of the Concord, New Hampshire area locations. The agency is requesting detailed cost proposals from bidders to establish the budget for this procurement. The contract period will span three years from the date of award. Interested parties must submit all clarifying questions regarding the requirements no later than June 18, 2026.
