Community Development Block Grant Service

The City of Santa Fe, New Mexico, is seeking a vendor to provide Community Development Block Grant services to assist the government authority in developing viable urban communities. The agency is trying to solve the problem of limited community resources by providing decent housing, suitable living environments, and expanded economic opportunities, principally for persons of low and moderate income. The scope of work covers housing activities, real property services, public facilities and public improvements, public service activities, and other types of assistance. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of the work to be completed offsite. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to define the financial scope. The agency will host a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting on June 16, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding the solicitation no later than June 19, 2026.
