Construction Material Testing and Special Inspections Services

The Orange County government authority in Hillsborough, North Carolina, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide construction material testing and special inspections services. The agency requires these services to support facilities that deliver behavioral health urgent care services for patients aged four and older, as well as adult facility-based crisis services. The project aims to ensure the structural integrity and safety of facilities dedicated to patient assessment, stabilization, treatment, and longer-term crisis care. The scope of work covers special inspections and material testing for various facility components. These inspections may include, but are not limited to, soils, earthworks, stormwater control systems, foundations, structural steel, masonry, firestopping, roofing systems, and smoke control systems. The selected vendor will perform all requested testing and inspection activities offsite. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for cost proposals from interested bidders.
