Racial Equity Action Plan Update Service

The Town of Carrboro, North Carolina, is seeking a vendor to update its Racial Equity Action Plan and evaluate eighty departmental equity lenses. The agency needs to assess its current equity lens framework and receive recommendations for revisions and enhancements.
