RFI for School Visitor and Volunteer Management System

The issuing agency is seeking a comprehensive school visitor and volunteer management system to enhance campus security and streamline administrative processes. This system must include implementation services, ongoing technical support, and system maintenance. The agency requires a solution that supports seamless and automated integration with their student information system to keep student, staff, and school information current and accurate. The requested scope of work covers secure web-based and mobile-accessible functionality, including identification scanning and visitor verification. The system must integrate and manage background checks, track volunteers, print badges, and handle check-in and check-out processes. Additionally, the solution must monitor and report on campus access, update offender database information at least once per week, and include false-positive management to prevent incorrectly flagging non-offender visitors. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States to be eligible for this opportunity. The agency allows the performance of the work to be conducted either onsite or offsite.
