RFI for Partnership Service

The government authority located in Tacoma, Washington is seeking information to identify organizations interested in partnering to expand access to high-quality afterschool programming. The agency is trying to solve the problem of limited student engagement beyond the school day by creating a stronger, more sustainable out-of-school-time ecosystem that keeps youth safe, active, and connected. This initiative aims to strengthen the local network of youth-serving opportunities through programs that foster belonging, creativity, skill development, leadership, wellness, and the exploration of new interests. The scope of work covers partnerships for Beyond the Bell, Club B, youth sports, enrichment, and various out-of-school time opportunities. The agency requires sports partners capable of providing engaging athletic opportunities immediately after school, as well as during evenings and weekends when appropriate. These athletic programs must promote teamwork, sportsmanship, skill development, school pride, and student belonging. Eligible partners must be onshore organizations located solely within the United States. The performance of all contracted work will take place offsite. The agency is looking for budget proposals within the submissions, which bidders can submit digitally via email or online. All questions regarding this request for information must be submitted no later than June 17, 2026.
