Evaluation Services

The Madison, Wisconsin government authority is seeking a vendor to provide project evaluation services for the CREATE energy center. The National Science Foundation funds this center as a national advanced technological education center. The agency requires the selected vendor to develop a detailed evaluation plan, assessment questions, and metrics to measure the center's impact. The scope of work also includes building a website, email listserv, newsletter, and webinar series to support the community of practice. Additionally, the vendor must develop a platform for summer STEM educator professional development workshops that will serve approximately eighty participants annually across multiple states. The agency also requires the creation of energy technology instructional materials, including lab experiments, instructional videos, student handouts, teacher lesson plans, assessment tools, and standard-alignment cross-referencing documents. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency expects the performance of all work to occur offsite. Bidders must submit any questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 18, 2026, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
