Visual Media Library Assets Services

The agency is seeking professional photography, videography, and aerial drone services to establish a refreshed, high-quality visual asset library for ongoing organizational use. The project aims to replace and expand existing imagery with a modern collection that supports communications, marketing, economic development, public engagement, and reporting needs. These assets will support websites, microsites, social media, organizational reports, presentations, collateral materials, media relations, capital projects, digital displays, stakeholder communications, and future initiatives. The requested scope of work covers brand and storytelling assets, experiential and lifestyle content, and aerial and environmental content. Specific deliverables include economic development storytelling, imagery showing a diversity of users and experiences, and coverage of facilities and infrastructure. The agency also requires web-optimized assets capturing visitors, guests, and attendees using facilities, neighborhood activity, meetings, conventions, live events, drone imagery, and daytime, evening, and illuminated views of the city skyline and convention center district. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of the work to be offsite. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
